Admin/User Module
There will be two types of users, ie. Administrator and the staff (Will have limited access. The staff module is then sub divided into two, The inventory fee collection for each student & the student admission module where a new student is admitted & issuing of TC is processed. ). So there will be provision for 4 users by categorizing the duties & responsibilities.
Fee Payment & Billing
All the fee collection & fees mode are set & processed in this module. The fee paid & not paid alert is set in this module, and the notification is sent through E-Mail & SMS. Additional fee such as van fee , special fee can be set for each student individually. The receipts are printed & saved . At any point of time we can review and print receipts.
TEACHERS MODULE
This staff module lets you to store all personal, relative, spouse, family, academic, professional, history data regarding a staff member. The staff module generates reports for current staff, transferred staff, retired staff members. The data is also maintained for future reference. The module offers a variety of reports to management.
INTIAL PAYMENT
Collected Starting of academic year every year towards books, computer fees, examination fees etc. (It will be combined under one head as initial amount. This initial amount will be paid in installments by some parents. When we issue receipt the amount paid and balance amount to be paid will be highlighted. This doesn’t have any connection with monthly fees) Consolidated initial amount received list and arrears list and also individual details will be printable. |

Attendance Entry
The attendance of each student will be marked period wise. The teachers will get attendance module using which the attendance of each students can de marked. The leave details of the students will be sent to their parents through mail at the end of each month. A monthly report will be generated showing the attendance % of each student in their respective class.
Events Entry
The school events can be scheduled in this module. The scheduled events date & time can be sent to the parents through Bulk E-Mail & SMS.
Exam Registration
The exams conducted in the school for each class can be entered & scheduled. The exam code for each subject can be set. In the case of 10th standard the exam registration has a different form & the registration number can be set for each student.
Marks Entry
The mark obtained by each student can be entered accordingly to the test conducted in the school. The mark list of each student can be viewed & printed. The performance of each student in the respective exam can be evaluated. The records after exam are kept un editable by the teachers. The class 10th exam results are kept in different priority region & the yearly records are kept it the record menu which is accessible only by power user.
WEB SUPPORT
Provision for parents to view their child’s general details, exam statistics & attendance details through the parent login from the website of the corresponding school.
